Okay, so I have mentioned my exercise program here before. Well, I am officially in week 4 of the 13 week program. I do the exercises Monday through Saturday with a day of rest on Sunday. Well, it is a pretty awesome exercise program that I am doing. It uses a mixture of workout's that is designed to target your entire body. I would really recommend P90X to anyone who wants to exercise and see real results. However, you must have daily motivation to push your limits.
